Paylessforetail.com is primarily a discount company, because of this, we have different policies than companies who charge full retail prices. However, since we offer products at great discounts, we feel that we do not need to have such a liberal return policy.

Paylessforetail.com accepts returns of new, unused, untested items that are sold sealed ONLY. Sold unsealed products are FINAL SALE. This means that the vast majority of products sold on paylessforetail.com are FINAL SALE. For us to be able to keep our prices as low as possible, and bring you the best possible beauty lines, we are absolutely not able to accept returns on used products or sold unsealed products.

DO NOT send back any products that have been used as we will simply dispose of them. We will dispose of all products sent back to paylessforetail.com that do not qualify for a refund. Any returned product must be sent back to paylessforetail.com post marked no later than 14 days from the shipment date of the order.

PLEASE NOTE: Paylessforetail.com does not have an exchange process. Because of our program and setup, we can not exchange a product for a different product. International buyers, we regret that purchases from paylessforetail.com are not eligible for return due to shipment times. Therefore, all international sales are final. All products purchased at a discount (less than regular MSRP) and meeting the above requirements will be charged a 10% restocking fee upon return. Products purchased at full retail (MSRP) will not be charged a restocking fee. The paylessforetail.com site may or may not display the retail price alongside the discount price. Shipping is non-refundable.

RETURN PROCEDURE: When returning a product purchased from paylessforetail.com that you feel is defective, note that it is up to us to deem it unsatisfactory. If unsatisfactory, a full refund and first class mail shipping will be credited to your previously charged account. If the products are deemed useable, the refund will not be made as used/tested/unsealed items arenon-refundable. Those items will be reshipped to you (at your expense) or disposed of. We must enforce this policy to prevent buyers from returning tested products that they simply didn’t want/like.

Please make sure your return parcel contains the following:

1. The order number must be on the outside of the package. Simply handwrite "Order number _______"

2. Include a copy of the entire email conversation OR handwrite a note as to your request for exchange(ifwe have the item in stock, an exchange will be made. The replacement will be shipped to you at no additional charge and you will not be refunded).

(FOR DAMAGED ITEMS: If it is determined that you received a defective item, first class shipping costs for returning the item will be refunded and no additional costs will be charged for the exchanged item.)

Paylessforetail.com pricing is shown in US Dollars (USD).Please note if you are using any other currency, you may incur exchange/conversion fees from your bank/credit issuer. Paylessforetail.com is not responsible for these fees and is unable to refund, credit or otherwise assist in paying these fees.

Paylessforetail.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and PayPal. For larger orders, we accept and may require a wire transfer. Some larger orders may also require identification.We will contact you if we require a picture ID. If you do not wish to use a credit card on our site and do not have a PayPal account, Visa/MasterCard/Amex logo gift cards are a great solution. We accept them here.

If you pay for your order using a credit/debit card, it must be shipped to the billing address on the account. We cannot ship an order to alternate addresses when using credit/debit as the payment method. Orders being paid for via wire transfer can ship anywhere, and there are no restrictions on alternate addresses.
